Successful track record of addressing challenges related to talent acquisition, development, diversity, total rewards, retention, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, training & OD. Partnered closely with the business to drive strategic HR initiatives and managed operational responsibilities for effective talent management, maximizing productivity, change management, employee diversity, succession planning, organizational design and employee engagement in various leadership positions.
Currently working with Viatris as Head of HR-Global Operations, India, Emerging Asia & Access Markets.
Prior to Viatris (Mylan) worked with Ranbaxy as Global Head of Human Resources. held various HR leadership positions of Head of HR for Global R&D, Global Manufacturing & Quality, Corporate & Global Business Operations covering more than 132 countries. Was on Board of Ranbaxy Russia, South Africa, Poland, Zenotech and other Overseas Subsidiaries.
Previously held HR leadership positions with the Turner Morrison Group, India Tourism Development Corporation Limited, and Kelvinator of India Ltd (Whirlpool).
Udbhav holds Master's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management and Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemistry Honours) and Laws.
